No. The Infinity Protection Plan is a digital service membership. You are paying for the coverage (Warranty), access (VIP Drops), and privileges (Discounts). You do not receive a physical pair of shoes every month automatically; you receive them only when you purchase them or file a warranty claim.

If your shoes are damaged, ripped, or structurally worn out while you are an active member, simply file a claim in your portal. You will receive a prepaid return label to send back the damaged pair. Once we scan the return, we ship your brand new replacement pair immediately.
